Smartphones Stay in the Top 3
Xiaomi ranks #3 globally and #2 in China, cementing its position as a leading handset player. Revenue from the smartphone division hit CNY 46 billion. Demand for the mid‑range 4,000–6,000 CNY (US$560–845) segment rose, representing 18.9 % of sales in that price bracket.
The 17 Series Tops the Portfolio
Sales of the new Xiaomi 17 series outperformed the earlier 15‑series, reinforcing the brand’s premium segment strategy. The model’s popularity contributed significantly to the overall unit shipment figure and helped lift the division’s revenue.
EV Division Posts First Profit
For the first time, Xiaomi’s electric‑vehicle arm recorded a profit, a milestone that signals the division’s growing commercial viability. While exact figures were not disclosed, the result underscores the company’s expanding footprint beyond smartphones.
