Unlike traditional flight sticks and pedals, the Echo’s controls are split across both sides of the unit. On the left you’ll find a thumbstick, four action buttons, and a second conical joystick for camera movement. The right side hosts four throttle levers and a dedicated trim wheel, giving you fine‑tuned altitude control without reaching for the keyboard.
Below the main body are dedicated switches for flaps, landing gear, and the parking brake. Two sets of shoulder buttons sit on the top edge, and a pair of sliding paddles on the back act as rudders, allowing side‑to‑side aircraft movement during taxiing and runway navigation.

For those who want to personalize their setup, the Echo comes with a hard‑shell carrying case and a set of interchangeable throttle lever caps. These caps can be customized by shape or color to make each lever’s function instantly recognizable.

The Echo Aviation Controller is set to launch in mid‑December 2025 for $149.99, available through Honeycomb Aeronautical’s online store. It connects to a PC via USB‑C or wirelessly using a dongle, and is fully compatible with major flight simulators such as Microsoft Flight Simulator.
